Katamari

I picked up a Playstation 2 on ebay for all of $66. I guess I'll share it with the kids.

We currently have 2 games. The kids love to play Lego Star Wars, which is really cute and a lot of fun even for adults. It's quite faithful to Episodes I, II, and III. Except, um, everything is made of Legos. The characters break apart into their component Lego pieces when you "kill" them.

But my favorite is the game Katamari Damacy, a nearly indescribable Japanese game of rolling around a ball to pick up "stuff" that sticks to it. When you start, your ball is small and you're collecting small items like thumbtacks, candies, etc., but if you get far enough in the game you're rolling around picking up cows and houses.
